I’m a brainstormer, copywriter, ad and PR guy. I’m a strategic marketer too. I’ve been a PR executive, a trade show manager, an advertising manager, a digital marketing manager.
I have both agency and client-side experience in B2B and B2C businesses. From Atari to Xerox. Yes, Atari. And yes, Xerox begins with X, but sounds like Z. It made you think, I bet.
Through it all, I’ve been a writer. Sometimes, I’m writing headlines, subject lines, T-shirt copy. Sometimes, it’s an email, website copy, social media posts or long-form content. On any day, I might be brainstorming topics, looking down the month, trying to interject humor, upend the status quo or banish boredom. In all cases, I strive to know the audience and drive a specific action.
We all like to be different, and yet be a part of greater human truths. We are all the same. And we all are special. Good writing lets all readers feel uniquely about what they see.
